How It Works

Introduction

  1. Sign up for the waitlist.
  2. Intro Call: We'll contact you to set up and introductory call where we assess you and your goals to make sure we're a fit for each other.
  3. Engagement Contract: Define the relationship in a contract and sign.

Onboarding

  1. Initial Payment:  $500 recurring monthly 
  2. Onboarding Call: In 60 minutes we'll discuss the operational aspects of doing your bookkeeping on a regular basis, making sure we match your business needs.
  3. Secure Credential Sharing: We'll need API Credentials from your Quickbooks/Xero, and Google Analytics accounts. We'll show you how to get these and share them securely.
  4. Dashboard Setup: We will extract all the relevant data and display your KPIs on a dashboard consisting of charts and graphs.

Monthly Services. Consists of:

  • Reconciliation of all bank statements and other financial transactions.
  • 4 hours of prep work digging into your KPIs to find opportunities and threats. That is $1,200 worth of work each month you get for free.
  • 1 hour monthly meeting with you to go over financials and KPIs. We discuss:
    • Questions about bookkeeping items
    • Progress with KPIs
    • Identified opportunities and threats
    • Plans for taking advantage of opportunities
    • Plans for mitigating threats
  • 1 login for you to access your own custom KPI dashboard. Access your dashboard any time. Data is refreshed once per week.

FAQ

How much does it cost?

  • $500 per month

What are the limits:

  • Dashboard Limitations:
    • Data in the dashboard will be refreshed on a weekly basis. 
    • The dashboard integrations only include your financial information and Google Analytics. Additional integrations to other products can be implemented for an additional fee (see question below).
    • Your dashboard will have 1 user. Additional users will require an additional fee.
    • Data greater than 10G per month (storage or transfer) may require an increase in fees. These will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Bookkeeping limitations:
    • Pricing includes up to 1000 transactions per month. Additonal fees will be discussed  on a case-by-case basis.

Can we integrate other data into the dashboard?

  • Yes, we would love to work on additional  integrations for you! Most modern tools you use these days have an API we can use to get the desired data, but not all. Additional integrations will require additional fees to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis but always with an exclusive discount to Number Craft clients starting at a one-time $50 per integration.

Do you do tax prep and filings?

  • Number Craft does not provide tax prep, tax filings, or tax advice. However, for Number Craft clients, and because we are part of the 00 Ventures community, we can refer you to others providing these services, sometimes at a discounted rate. If this is desireable, let's chat!

What if I want the dashboard or consulting but not the bookkeeping?

  • Anything is negotiable! Let's chat. But our best rates are reserved for those participating in the Strategic Bookkeeping Bundle.

This seems too good to be true. What's the catch?

  • Well, there are limitations (see above). But in full transparency, we want you to have no excuses to use our services. We believe our add on services like marketing, website and app development, and tax prep, etc. will drive most of our return on investment. We just want to see small business succeed. We love doing what we do. If we help you win, it will eventually come around and help us win too.
